I searched almost a year for an alarm company and installer that I trusted. The two big names (A and B) were unpleasant experiences (repeatedly) for many reasons - I learned the hard way. And neither could help me with a motion detector (B refused because I have cats and A didn't recommend it because I have cats, although I know people with cats and theirs works just fine!)So I was delighted...
