I bought paint for the exterior of my house here. First I got some pint-size samples to try out some of the colors. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. A couple years later I had them custom mix some paint to match what was already in my bathroom. They did a perfect job -- the paint matched really well.
Sat in traffic for 45 minutes both ways to get to this place so I could get the color of paint I wanted, and it turns out they don't mix paint. What the hell is the point of a paint store that can't give you the color you want? The girl I talked to could barely comprehend the notion of mixing various paints together to get a desired color and seemed to think I was a moron for even asking.
