Help us make it rightWent with a simple request for a replacement battery for a Tag watch.. Talked me into shipping it to tag. After leaving the store I realized that the work order stated not working and give estimate..THIS IS NOT WHAT I WANTED. I told them I am sure the watch just needed a battery-On a Tag they have a low battery indicator! THIS IS NOT MY FIRST WATCH! I got them to send it back to the store so that I could just get someone to put a battery in it! Cost me 45 dollars to have it shipped back. I asked for them to install a battery and they agreed. When I picked up the watch there was a very deep large scratch in the back from the tool slipping of the screw down back, I was told that this scratch was there already! What a joke. you can clearly see the tool caused the gouge. This place really sucks.. Just fess up and admit you damaged it! Do not do business with these clowns there just out to pick your pocket! And have inexperienced workers there!
Absolutely terrible jeweler. We took my wife's engagement ring in for a simple repair. After waiting three weeks after being told the repair would take one week, we get the ring back and it's been completely butchered. The work was sloppy, there was extra gold making the ring misshapen, and the ring as a whole looked substantially different.They take it back for another week to fix their sloppy work, and when we get it back nothing changed! We give it to them a third time for over a week (a month and a half total at this point), they fix some of the problems they caused, but not everything. They insist it looks good and tell my wife "don't look at it up close and you won't notice." They refuse to give us a refund for ruining her engagement ring.Don't go to Sherman for repairs if you value your jewelry.
