I bought used Ford Explorer 2003 in September 2011. The car needed some mechanics issues to be repaired before I bought it. They have a warranty for 30 days or 1500 miles. When I took the car still the same issues not correctly done, but they repair these issues without any argument or hesitancy. Their service in general was very good. Highly recommended
