Bad customer service. Front office was unprofessional. I showed up on time for my appt. Waiting room was empty and they said they didnt have time to see me. Wanted me to come back another day. What a mess.

Dr. Farghani is a wonderful, caring, very knowledgeable doctor. She takes time to explain everything to you. I have been a patient of hers for many years now. Also, you never have to wait more than 10 minutes if that for them to call you in to see her. That's AMAZING. Since in most doctors office you wait for ever. Apparently her office runs a tight ship. Good involved caring doctor. Nurses are nice too but the main secretary who greets you and answers the phone is the most vile obnoxious rudest person ever

Been taking my daughter there for a cpl yrs. She is such a kind, gental, caring dr. She explains everything in a way you will understand and NEVER rushes you out. Excellent Dr if you need someone "motherly" if u have someone nervous or afraid of drs. The girls in the iffice are always very nice..even when u need to reschedule, they don't make you feel like you are bothering them.
