Very pleasant and helpful staff. Dr. Hester listens and works with you on your conditions to get you wherever you need to be. I have never had an issue with this office. I have over heard conversations before between patients and the staff and some patients can be very disrespectful when asked to fill out a paper, or they need a doctors recomendation referral, etc. My opinion if you do not...

Tracy her desk nurse is the most unprofessional person I have ever spoken to in my life. She refused to honor my referral from my Nuerologist. She proceeded to tell me I needed blood work to see the doctor which I have however I need updated which would be the point in seeing a rheumatologist to diagnose my pain. Dr Hester is informed, knowledgeable, and conservative in her care, which means she is not pushing meds or treatments for kick-backs of some kind. She is very compassionate, and her staff is also caring, compassionate, and professional. I would highly recommend her.

I have NEVER dealt with an office that is so inconsiderate, nice but very judemental!! I was told that I I did not have Health Insurance ( even though I did) basically said I was lieing. Since I really needed to see a Rheumatologist, I kept calling back. I was told that Dr. Hester does not do 2nd opinion's. What?? Made no sense at all!! Before seeing Dr Hester, getting out of a chair was a challenge because of oa and ra. With her care and knowledge I am in remission. Dr Hester takes time to explain what tests results are and answers any questions I might have. She and her staff are incredibly friendly and considerate. I would recommend her without hesitation.
