They charged 3.60/gallon for diesel when most places in town were charging 2.50/gallon. My fault for not checking the price before buying but what kind of business charges more than a dollar more...

I passed through Tempe for a few days and really needed diesel one day. I was super excited that this Shell station was in town and handy! The manager and staff are very friendly and were quick to answer any questions I had with a smile. There's a really good selection of refreshments inside, and it's very clean. An excellent pit stop!

The tiny cash price label (scam-ish?) is indeed pretty crappy and normally would be worth a 1- star review. However, the staff are always very friendly and very quick to ring up your overpriced...
