I have had dr nova as my ear specialist for 30 years. He is great. Very caring and has always helped me with my ongoing ear nose and throat issues. I would highly recommend him.

Time to retire. I have a painful neck condition which makes it almost impossible to hold my head straight. Dr Nova was aware of this condition. He physically grabbed my head and I asked him what the hell he was doing. He said I had to keep my head straight for the exam. I explained how painful it was for him to do that and told him not to do it again. He later had me put my head down. As...

I was a new patient and Dr Saxon was understanding and compassionate to my needs. He spent ample time with me to get to the bottom of my issue and made me feel welcome as a new patient. I highly recommend Dr. Saxon and glad I contacted him.

Inappropriate comments during the visit. I went for routine allergy follow up and ended up with paying $500 for nasal endoscopy. I thought I had the regular exam, and was not aware that I will be charged for the procedure. I had no issues at the time and would not agree fir the procedure if I understood the charges.
