So....I just had a FANTASTIC experience at Shelby Sexton salon and thought I'd post about it. Then I started reading the horrible reviews?! Wow, this couldn't be the same place everyone is talking about?? The last review I saw was 12/29/2012 - so I can only assume things have drastically improved - and I'm here to say, they have!

I scheduled an appointment to get the Keratin Treatment on December 28th. I have had many Keratin treatments before. The process she used was NOT what I had experienced. I gently questioned Shelby and Sandy and was assured it was the Keratin treatment. I did ask questions throughout the process but the answers seemed vague.
