They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The one thing I didn't like about this place was that they took a personal call right in front of me...

I just love Dr.Smith. She's usually pretty busy but she is worth the wait. She is very honest. I've been going here for a long time and she has been honest with me each and every visit. She uses humor to make you more comfortable which I think is great! She is a great doctor and I recommend her to anyone!!!
