She was kind and understanding about the issue I had, and she was able to quickly discern the severity of my condition. She was prompt and explained what medicine was being prescribed and risks associated with it, and why it as prescribed in such manner. Office staff was nice and quick to react to my questions and insurance needs, such as prior authorization.

I have been a patient of Dr Javeds for 14years and the only complaint would be when they have to change my appointment. Once my appointment got changed twice. Excellent. Dr Javed has been taking care of my ankylosing spondylitis and uveitis for about 10 years. I've never had a problem with her.
