Always lies and says your dog is matted. I use a very fine brush and I brush my dogs hair everyday. I have brought her to other groomers and they didn't say she was matted. We have 3 english bulldogs and it is near impossible to find a groomer who knows how to bathe them properly! I was very pleasantly surprised when I picked up our babies and they were not only clean but happy. We have tried a LOT of different groomers but this is definitely the best by far! Would recommend to anyone, especially someone with a dog who requires special attention like our bullies :)

I took my two cocker spaniels here this past Wednesday and I will ABSOLUTELY be using Shed, Bath and Beyond as my new grooming place. Friendly staff. Clean and neat business. They even give out "report cards" with the groom so you know how things went. The prices were average. The staff responded to my emails quickly also. Not to mention very nice staff when you call also. Very happy!!!
