Another place I'm torn between a 2-3, but I'm keeping this hookah bar on an even slate with New York City and the Middle East itself, so I'm setting the bar high. This place is awesome to chill and smoke a hookah in and hang out with friends.Prices are a little steep if you smoke there, but the atmosphere is great, and I can justify paying a little more to hang out in a chill spot with friends. They sell hookah tobacco too and have the best flavors in Blacksburg... many flavors are mixed at the shop.
