We had appointment to view an apartment. The leasing agent was fifteen minutes late. The apartment smelled like cigarette smoke. When we declined to lease the apartment her attitude changed. She sent five text messages demanding that we pay($15.00) for the credit history.

The New Owners Are the Worst

I lived at Shawnee Trail for two years. The first year and a half I was under the old owner I originally signed my lease with. Halfway through my second, the owner switched to a new company due to what I can only assume was a buyout (The tenants were not informed.) They are the worst landlord's I have ever had, and I am so glad to be out of there. First of all, you cannot legally change...
