I have taken my son here multiple times. They are helpful and caring. Can be busy on weekends and evenings, but they try as best they can. Would recommend to anyone not able to get into primary doctor, but not needing E.R.

Great Place For Fast Treatment

This is a wonderful treatment center. The staff is courteous & skilled. Their pricing is very reasonable, highly recommended!

The medical assistant that took my vitals had a serious attitude.
The doctor was nice but the file that he had had someone elses name on it.
The xray teck made suggestive comments.
This used to be a profesional office but now has the appeal of a trailer park

The ethnic cleansing continues at Shawnee Mission Urgent
Care. First it was the Hispanic MA and more recently the black woman that worked in the front office. Both of them valued employees fired for dubious reasons and replaced by persoanl buddies of the new office manager. The new MA's primary job appears to be wandering around texting while the new twit in the front office tells anyone...

BAD CHOICE and NO LISTENING

I was seen in a timely manner, BUT they prescribed medicine to me TO WHCH I AM TERRIBLY ALLERGIC. I even told them that I am allergic to what they prescribed and they told me it would be fine. A few days later, I ended up in the ER. Go someplace else, if you want my opinion.
