Roy, the owner, starts out as your best friend. However, the slightest hint of criticism causes him to overreact and become very emotional. He actually said "I'm very emotional" He charged me thousands to do electrical work which requires a permit and he never obtained the permit despite it being in the contract. He refused to finish my kitchen. I wish I had used someone else.

I have used Shawn Patrick for multiple projects at my home in Bay Ridge. The works has always been spot on. The work is always supervised by the owner Roy, and is performed in a timely fashion with minimum delays. \r

he will charge amounts that are not nearly appropriate and never gets the permits to do the job.
he will intimidate you if you critize anything and what out when he is writing up the contract he will always leave out what you requested.
