A meal at McDonalds would have been nearly as good. With the TV blaring in the background a greasy food, we won't be returning. The only pleasantly was the Basil Hayden's bourbon. Nice people. Everything else was subpar.

Didn't like the buzzer constantly going off for the walk in business, server seemed like a fill in for somebody that might have called out and not his regular job, only good thing was the food, a little over priced. Paying Herr Tavern prices for a bar/grill is a bit much.

Great little find within the town limits of Gettysburg! Food is always great, I like the many rooms contained within the place that allows them to cater to a wide range of patrons. Great Bloody Mary's! And I love the fireplaces, especially in fall/winter! Staff is always friendly and the food was good!
