Yesterday was my first time coming to Shari's. It was unbelievable how great this restaurant is ! The food was amazing ! The service was phenomenal. Ms Itsy was very nice, super friendly with a great smile ! I will definitely come back and recommend to my friends and family ! Keep up the good work.

I had to call 3 times to get pie price. Each time put on hold for them to find out price of slice of pie and 2 x disconnected after long wait on hold. It's a pie shop. U should know price of pie!! When I picked up whole pie all I got was a bunch of excuses ... New menu new mgmt etc. not my problem. I'm a customer trying to buy a pie at a pie shop. I won't be back or recommend.

Alex was great! It amazes me every time how well she handles her tables. She had so many table but did everything great! I'm a server too so I understand how difficult it can be having that many tables.

Esperanza was a very nice waitress and she allowed us to visit after we finished eating and refreshed our coffee. The food was cooked just right.

The staff at my Castro Valley Sharis is without compare! Always so friendly and attentive no matter how busy. They know us and its a pleasure to go there!
