A Taiwanese bubble tea chain that serves delicious milk and fruit teas. I love how you can customize the level of sugar and ice in your drinks since I'm not a fan of sweet drinks. Some of the fruit teas are made with real fruit. Price range around $4-$4.50. Street parking

Here is yet another bubble tea spot in he University District. I had never heard of the brand before but apparently they are quite well known and good! I tried the green milk tea with tapioca and it was good. A bit pricey but the interior is very bright, service is quick and the tea was delicious. I'd recommend this to folks who want authentic tasting bubble tea!

Place can get quite busy but staff acknowledge the wait. You can customize your bubble tea and adjust the sugar, 100% or 50%. $3.50 for milk tea. Really good tea flavor comes through when you get the half sugar.
