The staff was friendly and facility was nice. However, for a $70 haircut, I expected to have my hair styled as well (not curled or flat-ironed, but at least nicely blow-dried). I had to go home and "fix" my hair after I just paid $70 to have it washed, cut, and supposedly "styled."

Regina was very quick and understanding with my appointment the other day. Rather than take her time with someone who hasn't gotten a wax done in over a year, she made sure to make it quick and not prolong the pain, i really appreciated it.
