I found this site by just putting in the apartments name. We have lived here for 2 years and see daily improvements. Val is removing all of the people that should be tossed. The halls have new tile that looks great. We picked this place because of the size of the apartments,price and location. I'm renewing for another year and have no plans to move. I think the other people who gave the bad...

Just a horror show that never ends, domestic abuse, gangs, drunks, rodents, and just a ghetto im the burbs. If you work, have children, or like peace and quiet.... STAY AWAY.

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!! Who is that HOT guy working at shannon courts??????? Wow he's A dream boat!!! And a Gentleman. If I didn't live here already , I would rent from him!!!!!! Also very nice place , the manager is great!!!!

Dont listen 2 the bad reviews! This place has really became GREAT since Val took over so F*** who ever thinks otherwise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The only thing this place needs is to ELIMINATE aka TERMINATE NON SPEAKING ENGLISH and we will be fine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE LOVE U VAL A G D 208 lol

Shannon Court Apartments are the best place to rent. The reviews are definately not
true. It's quiet, well maintained grounds,new tiled entry and a secure building. The
Property Manager Val is great!! Never have any problems with anything in apartment or
outside apartment.

Close to metra and shopping. Ideal place to live.
