Summary:  Charged extra for unauthorized work on lawn trimmer par they said may not be any good anyway. My son took a weed trimmer carbeurator to Shank's Lawn Equipment.  The primer bulb was not expanding after squeezed.  The business told him the cleaning may or may not work b/c of parts inside the carbeurator that are not serviceable, but they could try anyway.  Shanks said they would put it...

Took mower there to be serviced, and have the nob replaced that starts the mower, was told that when they cleaned the engine off they noticed a small oil leak, but said it was nothing to worry about, to just check the oil after each use. I…

terrible customer service, ordered a leaf bag that failed 7 months after we bought it. The bag was used very little and stored in a shed when not in use. they basically said "too bad so sad" we only have a 90 day guarantee. So I guess we are out $122.00. Dont waste your money here find another parts store!
