No I didn't tell the Customer service people at the location. It was a takeout, actually I was passing by and saw the location and stopped in to place an irder because I am a fan of shanes

Very friendly staff, fast service, good food. Our favorite is the half rack of ribs plate. The fried okra is great, the beans ok, but I would pass on the Mac 'n cheese. Decent food for a good...
