STAY AWAY!! New owner is HORRIBLE. I miss Sue so much. She really cared about the dogs she groomed. This new owner is nasty. I wasn't thrilled the last time but I went back to give her one more...

I've tried to find a groomer within 50 miles of Staten Island. Finding fault... almost everywhere (heat dryers, Cage dryers, Facility is too Hot..burns from clippers, don't do large dogs..(OK why...

What a waste of money! I brought my shih-tzu to be groomed today and told them he just needs a trim. When I picked up my dog he looked like a shaved rat! I asked them why he was groomed that way...

I use to take my toy yorkie Here the owner was her groomer and the husband worked behind the counter she was nice but her husband didn't have a clue what he was doing he over charged my credit...
