Lovely atmosphere

Lovely family stop in Kentucky. Children loved the farm animals, lots of room to run, walk and play. Clean rooms of moderate size in our 2 bdrm suite. No living area and coffee maker only kitchen facility.
I needed to ask a few questions to find out about guest facilities; nearest laundromat is a 10 minute drive away.

The price was similar to...

If you are looking for nightlife, this is not the place. But if you want a serene, relaxing stay in lovely surroundings, come here. I hadn't heard of this place before, so I didn't know what to expect. But what a find. First, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The bed was unbelievable comfortable, room was spacious and clean....

When storms took out power at the B&B just before we arrived, they worked with Shaker Village to accommodate us. We felt honored to still receive free admission to Shaker Village grounds the next day and that Shaker Village upgraded us to a room...
