Hiring Shad Construction was the worst experience I have ever had! I worked directly with the President, Nick Schminkey who is the most dishonest person I have every met! He and his crews performed very poor quality work that was less than what was agreed upon. When we notified him of our concerns, he told us it would be $2500 to fix errors his crews made.
