Although they are convenient to my home, I was treated very rudely and with no customer service values by their employee. Gave me no assistance with my repair and was left to load two cases with my embroidery machine. I'm 4 weeks out of knee replacement surgery. Took my money then, turned their back. I love everyone there, they are so friendly, knowledgeable, helpful the kind of people you want to be around. I drive 40 miles one way to get there and keep coming back.
