I purchased a ring from them back in 2011, ring 1652R actually. My wife loved the look of the ring on their site with all of its black accents it really popped. When she received her ring it had much less of a pop than what they showed on their website, despite sending it back to have it redone. The real kicker is that a few days ago we took it to get appraised and found out what little effort actually went into it.
The appraiser ripped them at every turn when it came to quality and at one point she let us look through the microscope at the accent diamonds and one of them was a rough cut stone. That's right, it was a stone that had no facets and hadn't been polished but was just shoved in a slot because they thought no one would ever notice. Of course we were charged full price for it. We were actually charged quite a bit more than we should have been according to the appraiser.
A little word of warning to anyone out there looking for an amazing ring and think this place is a good fit. Stay away and find a company that does proven quality work and won't shaft you like Sethi did us.
