I called Serpro out to our house when our sum pump went out, our basement was ruined. The carpet was all wet and I knew could not no way be saved. Serpro of Middletown came out with in an hour, and took great care of us, not only did they save my carpet, Rick put down new padding. And there's no smell at all. I would recommend them to anyone. THANKS RICK, KIM AND RILEY for getting here so fast...
