This is a bad review from a past employee who was caught stealing and lost his job, and then a couple years later called Servpro for a water damage at his grandmothers home (while he was NOT an employee) and tried to steal a piece of our equipment, only returned it when the police were called.

TERRIBLE Service/People

Terrible service and terrible people. They will literally STEAL anything valuable that you own while your not looking. Employees have also been known to show up at a residence (work site) after hours to steal valuables and electronics. They didn't complete my job well or even in a timely manner. Workers are very rude and stubborn and don't care what you want as a customer. Estimators are out to estimate for the highest cost because they make commission. So the more "damage" they more money in their pocket. If you insurance company recommends them, find an alternative.

I have made TWO appointments with this company, and they have not shown up. Never bothered to call me to tell me that they weren't coming! This company is horrible...do not use them for anything..they should have negative stars. They try to rob you. The whole crew and owner are a bunch of low lifes...trust me...worst experience ever.

If your insurance company recommends cleanup and restoration from servpro of lebanon/littleton, do everything you can to find an alternative. The work crew are all a bunch of thieves, there is no one in charge, and their work is lackluster. The estimators are liars and are only in it to line their pockets. When they are doing their estimate, keep in mind that the higher the cose to you OR your...
