Great, professional service. Explained thoroughly process. Showed me what they found. Actually praised me for my work trying to rip out dry wall on own. I am so happy they came and got the job done. Cleaned whole area where had to rip into the wall. I recommend them to anyone.

We recently had a water loss and Servpro of Bloomington/Pontiac did an outstanding job. They came to our house right way, answered all of our questions and the staff was very friendly. Having a loss in our house was overwhelming but Servpro's service made it a lot easier for us. I recommend them 100%.
