ESP Is the biggest rip off artist I will be contacting channel 4 .Came out to do a bi annual and look at my heat and said i needed a valve for $350.00 for a part that cost maybe $50.00.Got a second opinion today it was just a sensor that needed cleaned.Thank you for stealing the service fee from me.

Horrible. Every year they have had to come out to repair the 2 systems they installed. Brand new A/C units should not brake down every year! Now it seems part of the issue is they installed one of the air handlers incorrectly and because there was little to no return air...the system was taxed too much …

Service men from ESP Services have been back and forth to my house dozens of times. Absolutely horrible. They installed 2 units for me and have returned EVERY summer because the upstairs unit leaks and floods the house. I have requested numerous times for them to adjust the drain pan properly so the emergency shut off will prevent the house from flooding but they still have not fixed the a/c unit. FIVE years in a row they come out and can not get it fixed.
