Worst experience ever

Absolute worst experience I've ever had. Our kitchen recently caught fire & the insurance company called these guys to clean the house, including all the carpets, rugs, bedding, and other stuff exposed to smoke. They spend a couple of days "cleaning" the house; we end up having to clean up after them because they did such a poor job. To this day if I pat the couch a cloud of smoke arises.
