The same thing happened to me!! I had two sofas cleaned in May for $100. On August 14th they took another $100 out of my account. Called Rich 4 times and he said he had a new system that caused this error and my money would be returned in 48 hours. Now he is not taking my calls and not returning them. I have a call in to our local police dept and am waiting for them to call me back!

HORRIBLE! Stay away!!!
3 reasons: 1) Rich, pulled a 'Bait and switch"".. He quoted me $90-$140 to clean my couch which had absolutely no stains and only needed to be clean and sanitized. It was described to him to the tee; size, fabric type, etc.. His technician arrived and handed me a $250 quote. I immediately called Rich who denied that he ever gave me that low of a quote. Claimed the couch was ""bigger"" than I described. (I guess him and I use different kind of tape measures?) I was in a bind and needed the couch cleaned immediately, so I reluctantly settled at $220.

DO NOT USE THS CARPET CLEANING COMPANY. Ruined all of the carpets...left them all soaking wet and still dirty. Owner Richard Denton hung up mutliple times on me when I called to complain about the service, used offencive language and had no intention on sending any employee back to fix any of the carpets. Provided NO customer satisfaction whatsoever. I just rented a machine myself to try and get some of the water up and the amount that came up of completely black dirty water is appalling. I am utterly shocked by how this person runs their company.
