Worst company ever. They arrived at 9, they claim it took 1 hour to and from my location to office when their office is just 1/2 hour away and I followed them when they left. They cleaned from 9-12 lunch from 12-12:45 and the. Worked from 12:45. -2:15. They charged me for 7 hours when at best it should be 5.5 hours at $85.00 per person per hour (4 people). my family has used this service master location in the past and they were awesome... my family had a huge devistation months back and they did a terrible job. they owe us over $1,000 for things they broke and more money for things we had to clean once we got them back.
