I'm sorry you had a bad experience. We’ve been in business for over 15 years, we serve thousands of customers a year, and we strive to create the best possible experience. It is our policy to keep all written estimates on file for two years and provide appropriate written information to the customer at the time of the bid and thereafter upon request.
Terrible, terrible experience. Dealt with the owner, Anthony, who is an arrogant person that speaks to you as if you are an idiot. We had a skunk problem and asked for a written estimate but he would not provide it in writing. Only gave the rating one star because YP required that I give the business a star rating.
