I have experience with Serv-U on two levels and the experience differs. I've used their locksmith services for my business... the tech was knowledgeable and proficient and the entire experience more than met my expectations. I would recommend their locksmith service. If you broke your only key or need a special key made do not waste your time at Home Depot or Lowe's - Go straight to Serve U because that is exactly what they do. They are the key experts and they are quick and detail oriented. Prices are very reasonable.
