Save yourself! I went with photos in hand and vocalized to Tara, the "stylist", EXACTLY what I wanted. She didn't hear a word I said... She did what she wanted, which was TO butcher my hair. I wanted it colored light, she did it dark... She argued when I said I was unhappy AT THE END. I cried all night over this travesty. I called to get them to rectify the situtaion in some way, and she told me that the owner said no, can't help ya. They charged me $185 total for buthering my beautiful hair and for coloring it dark, not stripping it down to a blonde. She tried to tell me it would take several sessions more... How much would that have ended costing me? The place is a dump. The arm of the chair fell off while I was sitting under the heater. Absolute Rip off! Save yourself, your appearance and your hard earned money. Don't go there. They are over-priced and over-rated! I went to a wig shop today, just to get me by until my hair grows in. My hair was long, I asked her to keep my sides and bangs long... over and over and over, I stressed this!! How can you possibly over cut long hair into a totally too short cut? BTW: THE CONVERSATIONS WERE BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL! I swear I will tell EVERYBODY I know about this dump!
