Dr. Sermas is amazing. He is up to date on all the latest advances in neurology; they will research specifics to make sure that the recommendation is the very best thing possible for the patient. That's impressed me...and led to some very helpful personalized plans to manage the issues.

The parking situation at their office was ridiculous. I ended up having to pay for parking because there were no spots available near the office. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
