I've gone there a couple of times to different people to get a gel manicure. I have always liked them, they were always nice. A month ago I wanted to try black nail polish on my nails for the first time, I was very pleased and liked them. Today I told the woman I wanted to do black again. She went and got the black nail polish. When I left I had to run an errand in the shopping plaza over and when I got out of the car in the sunlight I could see they weren't black. When I compared it to anything black I could see a very dark dark blue and wasn't pure black like the last time. Obviously being annoyed I called back the place and calmly told the lady that the woman who did my nails put the wrong color on , in the sunlight you can see its not pure black. She spoke to me very nicely and said okay come in i'll see you in a few minutes. I assumed they were going to redo it for me. I go in there and these 2 ladys are comparing the nail polish to my nails and saying no no its black. I said inside it looks black but in the sunlight its not pure black. I said come outside and look , they were very dismissive and acted very rude to me. I didn't yell I was respectful and talked calmly. Then the lady who did my nails was yelling at who I assume is the manager because she must of been annoyed I complained. When I realized that they weren't going to do anything for me I said okay thank you and walked out. When i got home I called back the pace and expressed how annoyed I was with them with how rude they were to me and how they didn't even try to accommodate me and she said it could be the brand . She never once apologized or offer me anything. I informed her I wasn't happy and I will not be coming back there.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. All I can say is do NOT get your nails done here if you do acrylics, gels, or anything besides a basic manicure. I brought my mother here for an early mother's day present, and all I can say was I'm thoroughly disappointed. I went to them a while back and they did an amazing job! I would definitely go to them again. Also would recommend to all friends!
