Horrible experience, made reservations and got to the restaurant just to be told that they were closing an hour earlier due to "renovations." Informed them that Open Table showed plenty of open reservation slots and the chef retorted with, "Well, we canceled our Open Table account a few weeks ago." Definitely will never even attempt to eat here again.

We were quite disappointed in our experience at Serena this past Friday evening. We have been to Serena's many times and it's usually a good experience. When we checked in we were asked our names and party size and then the hostess wrote this down on their list. We mentioned having OpenTable reservations 3 times but were told there would be a wait. 20 minutes later we asked if our names were put in as walk ins and she said yes.
