This apartment complex is great, very convenient walk to go shopping, food, gym. Has nice amenities. The staff/maintenance team are all friendly and are there to help you out when needed. Nice place to live. Have stayed at other apartment complexes and seem to always come back to this one.

Horrible customer service they basically only care about if you pay on time we had numerous issues where we had to call and it took 4 to 6 calls for each issue to gwt a maintenance man and it took them days to resolve each issue. There is a huge bug problem in the summer and the pipes Crack and make all sorts of sounds in the winter. You can't adjust your own heat etc

We've lived here for almost 2 years and it's been pretty nice. The location is great, very close to the main drag with shopping, restaurants, highways and quick access to downtown New Haven. Each unit gets one parking spot and there's ample guest parking. Occasionally we need to clear the main parking areas for snow removal or spring cleanup, which can be annoying but is understandable. I love my apartment at Seramonte. I lived here a few years ago and ended up moving back. I currently live at the end of the complex. It is so quiet and peaceful. I don't hear my neighbors. And if I choose to sit outside on the steps, all the neighbors are quiet and respectful. Maintenance is great about responding to calls quickly. The heat is included.
