Yes we all know that Sephora has a huge selection that would most likely suit anyone's needs but when you have grumpy managers running the store you can't expect a return customer.

I have purchases thousands of things from Sephora, either in the city or in Queens. So I obviously like the product selection. But one day I had purchased a perfume which I didn't fancy and wanted to exchange it. I was greeded by this grumpy assistant manager who excused me of trying to return a bootleg item.
