I came back today and I was impressed. I had a few returns because I had issues with the product (without a receipt) and I was able to return them with no problems. We also were given a lot of attention on products we had questions about. I think this location is a hit or miss in customer service... this time... it was great!

I had my makeup done by Kevin for my husband's engagement party and he did an amazing job on the contouring and eyes. He has a wonderful energy and I had a great time during the entire process. This sephora is very cozy and has such an amazing location. I parked close. I love the commons area although I don't come here enough to enjoy it. I will definitely be back.

Rude service and always out of stock with popular items. I came in and one girl in particular was very rude. I wish I got her name. I walked out not buying anything. If the service was friendly, then I would have bought something. Too bad since this is the closest Sephora for me. For now, I will drive to the one at Topanga mall where there is better service.
