Customer service-Someone needs to teach everyone in that store what customer service is. I couldn't get helped if I was stealing something, which I didn't, but I purchased over $126.00 of items and couldn't even get helped, inexcusable!!!! I will go to the Hiram store or to another store.

I will definitely be taking my business to another Sephora in the Atlanta area. I was in the store today and was not even greeted by the manager that stood in the entrance. I know he was a manager because he avoided helping me solve an issue the last time I was in the Cumberland store. The last time I was there over the holidays, the item I called to have put on hold was no where to be found...

Worse customer service goes to Sephora in Cumberland mall! No one in the damn store would help me not even a fucking "hello" or "welcome to Sephora"... Considering I am a epiphany of a make up junkie you would think they'd appreciate customers a little more than little to none! Horrible service, I'll stick to Lenox Mall for Sephora!!!!!
