I lived in this complex and that was one of the worst decision that I took. The Staff keeps on changing and they tend to bring badder and badder staff each time. I moved out because of the arrogant and uncouth Manager as you couldn't talk to him at all. I would recommend would be renters to look for a better place if you are planning to stay for some time.
All i can say is when will i move out of this place
This place is now a mess. There are no open spaces at all for our visitors. Sometimes we have to save a space over night so our visitors can park. There is no street parking for a half mile. There are twenty three plus vacant apartments, but the management won't let anyone park there. Stupid policy! There is construction noise and traffic. Walls are thin.
Great new friendly leasing staff and management
Don't waste your time touring and putting a deposit on an apartment. They concocted a huge deposit requirement and We feel it was because someone came along after we put a hold deposit who would take occupancy sooner than us even though they offer a 30 day hold. We've been good renters for several years at other properties and have a flawless rental record. Does not make sense. Never had such...
