Updating previous post...after cancelled delivery date and multiple requests for a manager callback with no reply we received more non information via messenger. We finally cancelled our order...

So, we decided to order a new mattress pad with the hope that would help make the bed comfortable again. We called the Sleep Number customer service number on our original paperwork. No problem....

I would give this place zero stars if I could. My mother in law is African American and we stepped in to the store just to look around. Not one sales person greeted us even though they did look...

Just terrible customer service.Went in there on a Sunday.Maybe the guy was hungover, but he seemed to care less that we were there.Seemed actually bothered that we even came in.Store isn't exactly appealing either.They should just shut this location down.
