This company intentionally obstructs the claims process in order to avoid paying claims. I have emailed them perhaps 10 times. 3 times I have provided the same insurance policy and credit card bill. I provide this, give them sufficient time, and contact them to follow up. They continually tell me they need that information to move forward, which I have already provided.
