What a wonderful dinner. Chef Aaron came out to check on us and yes, we did enjoy the entree. The day catch salmon was done to perfection and I wish I remembered the name of the wine it went very well with our dinner. Portion sizes were appropriate we weren’t stuffed and had a little to take home.
My wife and I have been to Sedeo several times now. Chef Aaron Hagerdorn is the new executive chef – does excellent work! ( I guess that's cooking ). He changes the menu frequently. So, there’s always something new. Aaron is very creative and his portions are a bit larger than the previous chef. Pricing is reasonable to somewhat expensive. Sedeo Cafe has got to be one of our favorite places to eat. When we think we’ve tried everything on the menu the chef makes a new one and we start over. Everything has been excellent – there’s always something for my husband. The restaurant is managed well by Pete who remembers us and takes the time to say hello and goodbye!
