my experience was great with this company, the initial sales woman was very nice and helped us through the process, and the technician was skilled and I felt very comfortable with him in my home....

We appreciate your feedback. I'm suppressed to learn that the sales rep was viewed as pushy because we have a sales philosophy that is not to be pushy but to be helpful and offer security advise...

I was stunned I had just moved into my house when a nice sales guy came to visit me and gave me a gift card for a FREE Alarm system. It didn't come with window sensors but it came with a motion sensor that would cover the windows in the basement and if I want to I can buy a few and they'll install them for me. The installer came 2 days later and did a very good job meeting all my security needs.

Was told by their pay roll person at corporate that I.would not be getting a pay check because I had left the company , however I got my pay check that Friday.
